Everyone knows how to play hangman, if not then... GOOGLE IT! Well I will start off and this first one is a pokemon pretty obviously. 3 hints at max, 1 hint every 24 hours if needed.

You can catch Jynx in Ice Path in Johto, or Seaform Islands, but in RBY and FRLG, you cannot catch it, but only trade it over with a Poliwhirl. You cannot have it in RSE except by trading with FRLG.
From DPPt, you evolve it from Smoochum (Swarm only) or get it from Snowpoint temple, it's rare.
