Well the game is out for about 3 years for now and it was not closed yet. I don´t think it will be because they wrote that Pokémon and respective character names/images are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners.

I agree Bulbasaur is better because it s harder to play with him.
The fire type starters choose noobs who think that the fire is the strongest.

One thing you have to think about is that most of the time, the first gym of the region is Rock type, exceptions being Johto and Unova. Fire being weak to rock, it was a lot harder to start off with a Fire type starter.
So no, it isn't harder to play with Bulbasaur. In fact it's easier, because he has type advantage for the first two gyms. By the time you get past them, you already have other pokemon to use, and you aren't hindered by type disadvantage as much.
Yea thats true, but you need skill to play with Grass type pokemon.
