I would like to know which one of these you would pick and why, when you start your new Pokemon Black/White game.
(I searched, could not find, if this has been posted I apologize)

Oshawott, then trade to get the others, breed to have my own after that.

as you may have guessed, I will start with Snivy, I prefer its looks compared to the other two, although I do like Emboar, i despise how they have overkilled the fire/fighting starter type. and my final point to choosing Snivy, Samurott looks hideous.

True, I keep it was Dewott, the one I prefer among all the 9 forms of starter in Gen V. :3

that is fair enough, Dewott is easily the best looking of the oshawott evolutionary line.
and its name doesnt sound as retarded as OSHAWOTT and SAMUROTT

I'm going to get Snivy. I'm only getting the other two for my pokedex. I might use dewott. But I'm not evolving it.

I don't really like tepig. Maybe because it's name looks like The pig. Or because Embroar is Fire and Fighting.

I started with Oshawaott. Samurott's moveset completely kills ingame and its much easier to train than Snivy. The fire/fighting has been over done and Emboar is ugly anyway. Plus my Samurott's nature is adamant :D :D

Yall serious? how could you say Samurott looks ridiculous? He looks downright beastly. Hes the coolest looking out of the three.

I will have all three but I will run the game with tepig, because he is tepig!

And concerning Samurott, I'm not a fan of big beards and it seems to have lost speed when changing from biped to quadruped. :(

Eh i dont really care for stats as much in the DS games, i care about looks :D
And Noah hes only like 40 now so ive got both atm. Dont really have any good moves

Thats pretty much what i have, except i went to the move tutor and learned megahorn instead of revenge. Megahorn is pretty helpfull actually

I'm bout to either do that or teach it X-scissor. Not sure yet.

I was referring to the look, because Smurott is faster than Dewott.
Anyway, after beating every trainer in the Unova world, I gave it False Swipe to get the legends easily. So... moveset is Surf, Aqua Tail, False Swipe and Aqua Jet
Aqua Jet because Samurott is not that fast, and gave it the win numerous times.
Presently lv 74 Atk slightly above sp atk. So... mixed attacker

Eventually my sets gonna be something like this:
Sumurott@Life orb/excpert belt (depends on when I get the life orb)
252 Atk/64 Sp.Atk/192 Speed
~Aqua Tail/Waterfall
~X-siccor
~Sword Dance
~Ice Beam/Grass knot
I'm not completely sure on the moves. It depends on who Samurott needs to cover. Also not sure if I wanna so Work Up instead of Swords Dance.

Tegpig, cause he's the best one. I mean Oshawott looks really weird and I hate rich people and that's what Snivy reminds me of.
Also I almost always pick the fire starter, with the exception of mudkip.

I do admit that the fifth option is a little bit biased, but then I really cannot stand it when people get each starter on their first runthrough of the game, later in that first game then sure, but not right at the start. Pick one and commit to it for at least 5 gyms, then if you dont like it, well you know not to pick it for the next runthrough (if you want to do it again)

I Like Grass types, so that is kind of automatic.

I did a mono-type normal run. My tepig never made it past level 8.

All three look really bad in my opinion. I picked snivy and got it to about lvl 8 and in the box it went.

Snivy is the best lookin one of them all. it resembles royalty.

Do what the competative battlers like myself do; complain, complain, complain, then force yourself to get used to them.
The designs aren't that bad. I used to HATE Snivy and its line but its growing on me. I still will never train them lol. And the designs and ideas could be much worse. Hey, at least Farfetch'd didn't get an evo.

My vote goes to Oshawott. Reason, I'm a fan of water types and Samurott looks awesome with that white beard. :)
And yeah I'm hardly seen on. :P

Ahh... I remember my first version of Black I played. It was in Japanese, and I still prefering Japanese names of pokes. And my first choice was the water type Mijumaru ^^

I'll probably go with Oshawott. Snivy has a nice design, but it's not as appealing to me.
As for Tepig, it's name remind me of 'Tea Pig', not to mention it's evolutions are hella ugly. Pignite reminds me of a fat bully kid that got half-way turned in a pokemon, while that Emboar reminds me of... some weird fireplace...... it must be the pattern on it's belly.
Not to mention fire/fighting is WAY overused.

I'm getting Snivy when I finally get White Version. I'm not sure why I like it and it's evolutions more than the others.

I kept my tradition of taking the fire starter. But, samurott is the dumbest final version of a starter in my opinion. Dewott was actually pretty cool looking. I wish they had stuck with the bipedal otter for oshawott's evolutions. Actually thinking about it,
Dewott Samurott is probably my least favorite final version of a starter ever- minus torterra.

i agree enbouu is a really cool evolve form of pokabu, but Daikenki a lot of stronge moves, like it can learn hydro pump and hydro cannon

And I think it would've looked better in its final evo if it was standing on two feet, but had a white beard and the shells became shell longswords, letting it relearn X-scissor instead of MH.

Actually, they're called the three titans. Google Pokemon three titans and see by yourself.
That said, the three musketeers are the legendary trio of Unova, Cobalion, Terrakion and Virizion

Snivy is winning in B/W, but it isn't even higher that the other Unova Starters in PU starter choice.

B/W compare to 1st and 2nd gen starter, 1st and 2nd gen have best starter and pokemon lawl.

I chose me an Oshawott why? it's evolution looked the best, and a friend got Tepig so... we HO'd out our starters first chance we got to trade with

Yeah i like all of oshawatts forms too, even the middle form which is kinda rare. I think most middle evolutions are fillers and not much thought was put into them but there are exceptions.

I Prefer all water type starters, Except for Torchic.. I love water types, As you can tell by my signature. :)

My choice of starters is usually fire or water, it alternates with each generation except 5 and I picked Oshawatt.

i picked option 5 and am not ashamed to say so. i prefer Oshawott because it/and it's evolutions look cool, Tepig for the awesome move pool,(Mine breeded start with Heat Crash, Head Smash, Flare Blitz, Wild Charge >:D) Snivy...eh...
