Awesome game. Its in Alpha, so its not completed, but its still a great way to pass time.

i think they lvl faster because my shiny rattata went to ratticate lvl 25 in 1 hour or so

You'll need Mankey and Butterfree there

i beat it without butterfree =P but i used mankey charmeleon pigeotto spearow nidorino and pikachu.......thank you for the advice though.
and i am trying to beat the old rod challenge any tips?

the reason those codes dont work is because there is a new on after a while for a new shiny

First use Geodude with defense curl. then when you're close enought to where the borderline Geodide is magnituding Send out Pidgey and have Geodude switch over to Mud sport when Pidgey is close enough. Repeat this until your energy runs out, but only repeat when the two fail in that "run".

I can't beat brock's "gym"

Have rattata(Quick attack) and Kakuna(String shot) on the west. Have Pidgey(Tackle) and Metapod(String shot) on the north. Charmander(Ember) on the East. This way you can have the Pokeball on the east when Onix dies since it's affected by SS at the last minute. Move char to a nother side to help out. Goes even smoother with burns.

Now charmanders pokeball falls out of track so you can't use it

but when you send pidgey out, turn geodude into mud sport for when it gets defeated, pidgey will get the rod closer.

Edit:After I unlock the current levels, i'm-a do a Geodude/gravler run.

When the zubat appears, wait until the third of fourth zubat to drop their protect to immmediately place a geodude. keep this up until golems come. when they do, catch them after wearing them down with sdhave te first golem on the top middle row and the other at the lower left corner. when the onyx comes, use geodude to wear them down so golems can finish them off. catch all three charmander when you see them when they first level up, don't evolved them so they can learn FF, then evolve them next level. after that, watch the fireworks.

Pretty much what Trainer Black said - 2 self destructs take a Golem to Red HP.
Make sure you have space in your party for the Charmanders. You need all 3.

Yes, and he would naturally line his pokemon up along a path and make them attack everything that runs past, just so they don't get some rare candy.

Don't post any cheatcodes here. I get lots of shinies from a new friend of mine (a mod from PTD). If anyone wants some, I could ask for them. That's how I got alot of shinies lately (if you want any specific one, I could ask for you).

I think 25... mor or les. but golem's best moves is rock blast.

You can trade with yourself to evolve pokemon like Graveller and Kadabra. Just a heads up.

I have 2 ways:
Raichu: Thunder Wave first and when effect wears off, then thunderbolt
&
Ivysaur-Razor Leaf
Gravler(Lv36) Rock Blast
&
Nidorino(21) Thunderbolt
2nd way is easier

Use mt moon2 or viridian forest 2 to grind for option 1 and 2 respectively for most effectiveness. I had about 6 profiles on two different sites, but they won't load so I started once more with my trusty bulbasaur,hence the first option, and obtained 5 shinies within the process.
