Game Features / More than 4 moves

I tried searching for this topic and couldnt find anything so idk if it has been brought up or not

but I would like to see a game where you can actually learn and KEEP all the moves that your pokemon learns.

Just like in the show they are never limited to only 4 moves. and to keep the game more realistic. it doesnt make a lot of sense a pokemon should have to forget a move to learn a new one.

i already saw in a screenshot that there is only up to 4 moves you can learn, but i was hoping make there could be an update that would change that. I dont know how every one feels about that but I just wanted to throw it out there and see how you all feel about having this feature.

i have noticed on a few topics which PU team members have talked about talent tree's in the game. I havent really played the gen 3 and gen 4 games so if they were in those game i dont know what they are I was just hoping some1 could enlighten me on this topic and how they are used. thank you

Hey everyone, I know it isn't really my place to say this, but for anyone that hasn't noticed, The PU donations were not enough to make the quota for June.

To keep the game up and running, the PU team needs a certain amount of money to keep the server's up to make/test the game, as well as many other expenses. With out these donations the game will not be able to be finished and will be shut down. To keep this from happening we need to try to make the quota of donations EVERY month. this game needs at least $85.00 every month.

So for any one that can help I ask that you please do. Also if you do not have the money to donate there is still another way you can help. If you click the AD on this website once a day everyday. The PU team make a very little amount of money for every one that does this.

So please take this into consideration and help the team make money so they can finish making this game that everyone is waiting for.

Once again anyone who can donate even a very small amount, it all adds up and help this game, and if you can't then just simply click the AD every day. It all helps the game.

Game Features / losing to a gym leader

I was thinking and I did search for this but was unable to find a topic.

I think if you lose to a gym leader, you shouldnt be able to just g to the pokemon center and then go right back to the gym.

There should be alike a time limit that you have to wait before you can challenge him/her again. like if you lose to gym A, you wont be able to challenge that gym leader for like 24 hours or until your trainer level, level's up. Something like that any way

this would actually make people think before they challenge a gym, they would have to make sure that they are fully prepared to challenge the gym leader.

anybody agree with me on this?

I was wondering if there would be any double battles, like in pokemon xd gale of darkness. those who played the game know what im talking about, where each trainer use 2 pokemon at the same time.

im not saying all the battles would be that way but maybe a couple to change things up a bit.

and I did try to search this and nothing came up, also i want to make it clear I'm not really suggesting it I guess but mostly just asking

Other Chat / EV's and IV's

ok i was just reading some post and i see that there will not be any EV's but there will be IV's and I only ever played red, blue, yellow, and gold so i was reading a little bit about ti but i couldnt find alot of information on it.

So I was hoping that someone could explain it a little better to me, you dont hvae to worry about EV's since they wont be in the game but could you explain what IV's are? How to do/use them?

Also if we don't need them will there be another way to go to a town u ahve already been to since we will not be able to Fly

Game Features / gym battles

i recent post i read made me think of this, ok in the show the gym leader sometimes only uses 2 sometimes 3 pokemon, and the same rules apply to the challanger, now my suggestion is that if the gym leader only uses 2 pokemon then the trainer should only be able to choose 2 also making the strategy harder.

also i think the g ym leader should have a "bank" of maybe 6 to 10 pokemon and when the challenger goes to battle, if the gym leader for this gym is only going to use 2 pokemon then game will randomly pick 2 pokemon from the "bank" so that way the challenger does not know which pokemon they will have to battle and then will have to adjust their battle styles accordingly. reason being because if the challenger knows exactly which pokemon he or she will b fighting they will just be able to set their team with the types/pokemon that are strongest against the gyms type/pokemon.


I hope i didnt make that too confusing but I thought it would b a great idea let me know what u think

this looks like it is a cool game, for all the people who have played the 1st one i think you would like this but they only came out with it in Japan and it was never released in America.

Also if any one know if this game will actually eventually be released in America let me know because im waiting for an English version to buy.

They have the rom for it but none are fully translated yet, i have one that's at 70%

If anybody has played runescape and knows how it works on there, that is what im talking about. Any way, i think there should be some events for all of the holidays and they should be different every year. They could make some quest just for the week of which ever holiday it is and by completing this you can get some special or rare item, or maybe like a clothing article or weildable item to show off. This item doesn't really have to do anything special, its just something to show off and like a symbol to show how long you have been playing the game, becuase once the week of the holiday is over you will never be able to get that item again.

like the 1st christmas of the game, if you do the quest that is open all that week you can earn a santa hat. after that week is over, it will be impossible to ever get a santa hat again. The 2nd christmas of the game you would get a different item like  a santa coat.

I know that probally sounds really confusing but i tried my best to explain it, and i got the idea from runescape and i thought its really cool how they  do it and I thought alot of people would be interested in doing something like that. and I did search and couldnt find anything else about this topic. ok well think it over hope you like the idea.

Ok so I was playing this game called pokemon cyrus. ( it isnt that impressive) And the catch rate % is so bad that even if you have the wild pokemon on 1 health it will sometimes take 10-20 pokeballs/great balls to catch if you get lucky. I was wondering if the rate % is gonna be simular to that game so it makes it harder for people to get as many pokemon or will it be like all the game boy games. Thanks
