Where have I been all this time? I'd like to thank Spirit and YouHearThat for maning the fort, but I think I'll set the record straight once and for all. in a totally non-b!tch way....

shiroihyou: Kuhns is everyone on the PU team as rude as you? i know your trying to explain things but you seem to have said it(typed it :P) in a way that shows your a......(sorry for using a bad word) a woman.

I, nor the rest of the PU Team is here to hold your hand. We aren't your mother. The OP was nicer than some of the other posts I've made in the past. Just because I presented a helpful guide in a somewhat humorous way does not make me a b!tch.In fact, if I was a little more of a "b!tch" I might see to it that you're permanently banned from this forum. I can't imagine the butthurt you must experience on the internet if this post was enough to offend you so much that you'd have to start name-calling.

shiroihyou: well I'm guessing that people on the PU team have an automatic place as a tester so of course they might not see it as a rude way of explaining things, people can get annoyed cause they have to say something over and over but still do have to make out were idiots. ALSO i haven't said anything wrong so you can't tell what i can and can't say, tell me what i have said wrong then I'll never speak like that again

When I wrote this guide, I wasn't a member of the PU Team (if that's what you're getting at), I even put a small disclaimer at the end of the post. Furthermore, I--and anybody else for that matter--have every right to call someone out if they are continuously proving themselves to be an idiot. I'd also like to know exactly where in my OP that I called everyone an idiot. The PU Team has tried many times in the past to get people to follow the pre-established rules, but they don't (you included, as is says quite clearly in the (*gasp*gasp*gasp*) Rules and Guidelines that (under the DO NOT), and I quote: "Post anything offensive, this can be anything from posting goatse to directly attacking an user.")

shiroihyou: I was expecting someone to say i was flaming which i'm not, neither did i say the whole PU team is rude i think some are quite nice, i didn't try to make spirit look like a donkey either but he shouldn't tell me what i can't say when i said nothing wrong, and all i'm saying about kuhns is that some of the stuff he put is irrelevant i just used the wrong choice of words :P  your also a new guy so all you had to say is your not offended by it or whatever you don't need to add to this and make it a big thing. can you also explain a bit more  about what i said wrong with my first comment? i don't really understand

For one, I am a girl, let's get that cleared up. Two, Spirit was telling you to STFU because you not only called me a b!tch, but a rude one at that, with no evidence to back it up. I'm still trying to wrap my brain around your logic. Being honest does not make a person a b!tch. Being slightly humorous in presentation does not make a person rude.

I do not think you are flaming, but I do think you were acting quite ignorant when you posted, and for that, I feel sorry for you. I have yet to see proof in any of your posts that what I put is irrelevant (hur, sounds like a recurring theme) or worded wrongly. That being said, I can't fathom how you are going to survive in this community should you (and here's TEH MAIN POINT!!11!) continue to insult members of this forum based on pointless and idiotic claims.

Pokemon Black and White are the game names sounds kinda racist to me.

I've got the skills and experience necesaary to take care of making new pokemon or trainer sprites or whatever.

We aren't interested in new Pokemon; we are interested in artists who can make new and original content for the game. Our trainer sprites are not going to be the same as the original games, either.

However, there are sites like PokemonWorldOnline, PokemonCrater, Pokemon...with those Tibia graphics, Pokemon Global, etc. Some of theses have existed longer than PokeNet even. Officially there really wasn't a reason (other then 'treading on trademark rights') why PokeNet got shutdown.

We won't really be able to do much should Nintendo come knocking at our door though, but we really don't have to worry too much if so many other Pokemon MMORPGs are still up and running.

i know a few or more pokemon mmorpg and the name always start with (pokemon ....) and they have no problem and they exist for a long time.
why should nintendo just shutting this site??

As long as we don't try to make a profit off of anything, Nintendo can't do crap.

2. If you guys can try edited the sprites and names right now to nonnintendo trademarks, ill help. because a pokemon MMO, completely free, was just shut down by nintendo, a few of you have heard of the many names, POLR, Pokeglobal, and just recently pokenet. keep the game mechanics of each individual pokemon, just throw a new sprite and name on them

Or host it in a country where copyright laws will let you use it as long as its free in all ways shapes and forms

Hur, of course we're using new sprites, the old ones are too small for our purposes. If you wanna role play, then go under the Writing board.
