Switch in when you can, set up a Claw Sharpen, and hope the first hit you take, takes you just below half. After an Attack, Speed and Accuracy Boost, Simisear is scary - DynamicPunch increases its chances of survival, Stone Edge gives useful coverage, and Fire Punch is your standard STAB.
104 Speed EVs ensures you'll out-speed a +1 Gyarados after your Salac Boost - who probably won't enjoy a Stone Edge.
