Explanation of Set
This set can be quite scary. Grasswhistle is your combo-starter. When your opponent switches them out, Swords Dance. Your next move can be Leaf Blade or Acrobatics - but, to get the Unburden boost, go for Acrobatics. That Acrobatics will be at 110 Base Power, * 3 Damage for the Swords Dance and Gem and it'll put you at 2x Speed. At this point you're going to be moving first against all but Priority. With the HP investment hopefully Sceptile can take some weak priority hits.
Obviously you'll want to KO any Steels and Flying types that could ruin your sweep before you attempt it - though Sceptile can be used early for sleep support. Try to sleep his counters.
