That set's just the other one with a Scarf! You say - and, yes it is.
Where this one differs however is that you're trying to bluff the Dragon Dance.
Play this as you would normally, but when you switch it in, your opponent will expect a Dragon Dance and switch to their counter - and then you can hit them for massive damage.
