Explanation of Set
Sub until you Leichi it up - then enjoy your 2x Spe and 1.5x Attack! Hi Jump is STAB, Blaze give you the formidable Fire / Fight Wallbreaking combo - and Reversal can hit Ghosts hard.
Fake Out can be used to trick opponents into think you're running a different set, or, just rack up the damage before you Sub up. You won't be able to hit Jellicent though.
