I have battled on Pokemon Online for a couple of months and I faced off against people using unfair abilities.I was wondering what abilities you find irritating?For me it's speed boost and moxie.

I'd have to say the two most annoying things are Stealth Rock and Permanent Weather. It just annoying when I see a weather lead.
I know I use spikes sometimes but, it still bothers me when people spam all of the entry hazards then use freaking Whirlwind/Roar...

Any and all weather abilities. You don't need any skill to use a weather team, so noobs always go with them.

People really don't have time to phaze anymore because the super offensive metagame doesn't give many pokemon much time to set up entry hazards. I used to hate permanent weather but then I realised that I can't really get away from it. Its here and its staying so complaining won't make it go away. Plus I'm really liking my sand team :P

You would be right if you made this statement about 2 months ago. Now there are certain restrictions on weather team and people are more familiar with them. It now takes just as much skill to make a succesfull weather team as it does any other team because you have to work around the weaknesses of a weather team.
As for annoying abilities I would have to say that I don't really care for moxie. It would be great if a psychic type had the ability though (:

yup it irritates me so much that i have stopped using my sand storm team and don't use entry hazards any more. trust me i could get all of them up and then just sit there.

I remeber when PO just realesed gen 5 and noone knew what anything did. I abused prankster Whimsicott soooooo bad lol. No one understood how to counter a prankster whimssy and I used it to KO Chandelures and Blazikens. Good times.

When people recommened that I use hail for my mono ice,I usually say 'screw hail'.

Hate to say it but I think hail is the only reason monoice teams don't die in about 10 seconds. But this is comming from me who can normally take out a monoice team with 6-15 turns.

Sturdy by far. All you can think is "why don't they go down in one HIT!!!! :P"

Stealth rock is the only thing that annoys me. A 1 turn move that drops most of my pokes to half health is just stupid imo. Spikes and Toxic Spikes are fair game cause it takes a few turns to set them up. I use mostly bug types btw. Tis why i hate stealth rock so much.

eh, none of the abilities irritate me so i figured i would throw in stealth rock. A few other people mentioned stealth rock as well so i thought it would be okay. :P

I'm an old school player, nfi what any of the moves you guys said were..
but I can honestly say
being confused, and paralyzed at the same time, is the worst thing, you can ever come up against.
especially if your pokemon is trying to use Thunder, or Fireblast because they're not 100% accuracy.
I'd rather jump off a cliff, it's so hard to land a hit.

If I had to dislike any ability, it would have to be either have to be Sturdy, or Mold Breaker. I find those annoying, but I'm usually not annoyed by abilities. I'm usually annoyed by wall Pokemon that constantly heal, even if I do have a Pokemon that does that also. XD

Sturdy. In a team with Glass Cannons, Sturdy is a pain in the ass. When you thought you OHKO'd them, they srvive and kill you instead! Other than that, Mirror Coat.

I also knew a guy with a Sableye who had the same type of set (abusing hax), but all of his moves had priority. It wasn't really easy to battle him, he was really annoying.

i love speed boost it help againest some super quick revenged killers. plus i hate the ninjask baton pass teams. plus i hate technician really a fire type geting wipe out by a steel type move that not fair to physics man.

why does most people confuse Ability with Moves?
anyway... for me its Trickster, but only on Thundurus and Tornadus, it makes them overpower

Anyways, that ability is really only annoying with Thundurus. Tornadus doesn't have the right moves to abuse it outside of Substitute and Taunt. Thundurus has T-Wave which makes it hard to check if you don't have something that can absorb status.

there is where your mistaken, Tornadus with Drizzle from Politoed and Tailwind then using Hurricane is deadly...

Hurricane isn't affected by Prankster. Its deadly, yes, but has nothing to do with its ability.

i mean the combo, Tailwind to get more speed then 100% Hit Chance Hurricane, thats what i mean

I never said that the combo isn't effective. I just said that Tornadus isn't able to abuse Prankster as mush as Thundurus is.

In the beginning of the games, Intimidate really irritate me.

only if you are a Physical Attack team user, if u use Special or a mix, its fine

Teh guts ability, Fred uses a Swellow with it, and can sweep half my team with facade. I can get around it if I wanted, but how he uses it is different every time.

i had a Swellow like that once, it was awsome, but when i stoped playing for Work problems, i offered it to a friend of mine and he still usses it all the time, and its been 1 year

a lot of good pokemon lost those moves, which makes it a little bit more annoying.

I have lots of flying pokemon on my teams which makes me weak to clyster but I am always able to take it out pretty easy. :P

different people, different strategies I guess. But yes it is easy to take out, but only if you think, "I hate Cloyster with every fiber of my being. I am going to bring a pokemon that resists ice and rock every where." I think those are somewhat common though...

My Infernape can defeat any Cloyster anytime, one Thunder Punch and one Mach Punch do the job

Gotta be careful though; if Closyter is running a White Herb then there is a chance that it can survive a T-Punch after setting up and hit back. Although the added Mach Punch is surely gonna bring it down, defence dropped or not. Or they could just predict you're T-Punch and OHKO with Hydro Pump or Razor Shell.

It's not stupid, it's great. It gives slower pokemon a chance to fight back or use boosting moves. It's honestly a great ability. It makes pokemon like caracosta amazing.

No, there is no change. I have no idea what Fox is talking about.

The most annoying ability I've dealt with is intimidate, it gets old after the first 10 battles.
