My overall goal is just like Raikt says, have alots of fun. But also got me thinking, I've always had a thing for electric types. My objective in Pokemon Universe is eventually over much time catch one of each pokemon of the best nature and EV train them to 100. This way when I enter events I will have many pokemon to choose from to compete with. Sometimes, just catching the pokemon you like does not help you out in the long run. Having many options for balanced teams or speed/attack/defensive teams is very important depending what trainer your going to go up against.Sorry mate, no EVs

The point is, a single-type specialized team isn't hard to beat.you sir, are my new best friend. it's true, a bug type team has some pretty good strategies, but a variety team will always come out on top. assuming of course you know what your doing. And having Arcanine as an opener in a battle? well, you just know your in for quite a ride.

May I make a suggestion? Post a more personal goal then "Make a strong team and beat other trainers". Everyone's doing that. That's like saying your goal is to play the game. For instance, maybe you want to catch and own every pokemon one of the 400-something pokemon, or maybe you want to get well known on the game and become almost as much of an internet celebrity as Moi.haha i don't know about catching all of them i don't think I have that kind of time but I want to be as power as time lets me get. if I become a internet celebrity on the way that just a +. i can W8 i want to hunt down the Brutal Five

Pokemon Universe is still in development. We don't have any idea on a release date yet but we want to release a first public somewhere in 2010.
Don't ask us to let you participate in private tests because this is only done by people in the team. If we need more people for testing we will probably invite the people who are active on our forums.

I wonder if anyone out there uses the math for determining the IVs of a pokemon. i saw it somewhere. The hatched pokeon needs to be brought up to level 10 (via rare candy is recommended), then you have this equation for telling if their IVs really are better than the other pokemon of the same type you hatched.
I plan on traveling every doing what I can to help other people and just havin lots of fun. ;) ;) ;)

I have to say, after playing pokemon online for sometime now, I think one of my biggest goals would likely be attempting to make the moderators really THINK about the bs that goes on far as balance goes. Of course in all fairness I'm incredibly POed at the moment at how stupid Pokemon Online is for not taking out moves like fake out and moving certain types over to the ubers section.
