Title: Vincent Van Smeargle (Elite PKMNs)
Post by: Gingimon on January 29, 2010, 01:28:33 AM: I know that Smeargle isnt the best Pokemon challengewise but i just liked the name of this quest

Smeargle can be used very effectively in battles though considering it learns Sketch which is like any moves, so I was thinking a tough high level (Elite, they would call it in WoW) Smeargle with a tough moveset
