a donation button for you guys isn't a bad idea, nor is it eligal. just make sure you place in not so fine print that the donation is not for the game, but to the creators for creating a good game, or to help with the development of the game.
also, from what i gather this is a fan made game. instead of the traditonal pokemon world we are used to, create whole new maps for players to explore, maybe a couple new battle towers, and explore the idea of putting kanto, and joto accesable for everyone.
i wont lie, i've always wanted to create a 3D pokemon world. tis a boy's dream.

Nintendo their lawyers don't care about that. They'll just shut is down.

Battle Tower/frontier type areas? More than likely.
As for Kanto/Johto? NO.
3D? No.

relax troll, this is the idea section is it not? i wasn't suggesting 3D in any way. just saying i would have loved to play a 3D pokemon game. just freaking talk about it, don't just shut people down for posting crap that may or may not have been posted. granted im new to the forum, but is it really necessary to be such a damn downer?
the cool thing about severs across borders is that they can't shut them down. look around, there ARE places in the world you can go through to get around the getting sued aspect of getting money from a free game. if you can find a host in the netherlands, then they can't shut you down.

its a possability that i don't know what a troll is, an ugly, smell, gastly beast of a creature that dwells uner bridges and or river crossings? :O

any who, there should be a Poke - gamble, were you put a pokemon on the line and play a card game.

Wrong. Me and Urmel have studied the international copyright law and Nintendo can still shut us down even if we keep the servers in The Netherlands (where they are now btw).
