And what about a shiny with 31 IV in each of its stats, that's even rarer.They haven't built a bomb that can make a mushroom cloud big enough for this.

31 IV in all stats (1/31)^6 = 1/887503681

don't care I hate seeing people using legendarys like there are no other pokemon! come on there are over 600 pokemon! lots of non legendsLegendarys have HIGH STATS, that's the reason why people use them. Out of 600 Pokemon legendarys have the HIGHEST STATS.
