We're seeing too much "new trainer" topics started with no real info, most of them exists out of 1 to 5 lines of text.
If you don't have much to talk about or just want to say "Hi", use the New Trainer Hangout (http://pokemon-universe.com/index.php/topic,29.0.html) topic.

Better yet, you could try reading the big giant red text on the homepage, download section, and nearly every other part of the forums.

This appears less to be addressed to trainerx and suggests you are talking to pokemon freak.
