The first two of my set...Please criticize me I need it. I will update this atleast three or more times a week!

This doesn't exactly look like pixel art :P. Looks more like paint brush strokes.

This is a piece of pixel art Jerry and I (mostly me) made. The grass is copied, though, I didn't make that.

This is something that appears to be quickly created with a paint brush in paint. Pixel art is when you zoom in and take it pixel by pixel to create art.

What I want is advice, I want to do pixel art and all you are doing is discouraging me. Please restrain from being a smartass, and that goes pleasantly to all of you. Also note I never used Gimp or any program for that matter for art. Heck I don't know much about pixel art. Seriously MP is the only person that is actually giving me a good example.

If you want to make tiles, they need to be 48*48 pixels.

Your work is great but it doesent seem so much like Pixel art to me. More Digital Design, if you ask me.
Still shaggable work though!

Thank you, I will try to make it look more pixel art-ish, although I'm not the best, nor the worst, I don't feel all that good. This is like my 3rd day playing with pixel art! :)

To pixel art, select the pencil and put its size as 0.1 (on the scale by default) and zoom in until the squares are big enough for you. Do your work, then zoom out to normal to see the end result.

I can make decent trees, I came across a tut, and yeah im trying. When I feel right I will post dem tiles n stuff.
