168 Speed is enough to outspeed Jolteon and Co. From there, you Meteor Mash to try to get your attack up, and attempt a sweep.
The great thing about Metagross is that he's pretty bulky - so, even if your agility sweep gets walled early on the first attempt, you'll usually be able to attempt another late game.
