              A unique sub-genre of Heavy metal: SGM has a melodic, deep and darkly romantic sound that is all its own. It came about in the early nineties in Europe, and has become mainstream in that part of the world, Particularly in countries like Finland.
           Symphonic Gothic metal Has a "beauty and the beast" style of vocals, The females sing in an Angelic Soprano voice while the Males have more gutteral growling to their side. Many Bands have emerged in the last two decades, and they have gained widespread support throughout Europe

I really liked the "Sancta Terra' song. They use metal in a peaceful way.. I like that.

This used to be my favorite song of all time. Figured you guys would enjoy it. If you want the definitive experience, just grab the song off the actual album, lie in bed, get headphones, dark room, close eyes, listen from beginning to end. It's 24 minutes long.

john frusciante is a very great musician you probably never heard of, he was in the red hot chili peppers( a great band, finally about time they got inducted in the rock and roll hall of fame), what many people don't know about him, is he has gone off and done solo work, and alot of it is very beautiful an touching, go listen to his album "curtains" or his more heavier album "inside of emptiness", total and utter masterpieces.

I've been listening Jade by X Japan ever since I heard about them. I think it's the only song mostly in english(wishing I could understand japanese). They are really big in Japan and started in the 80s, but check them out they are awesome.

Very nice video. I like all the rock songs you listed cept for rammstein and breaking benjamin but thats just meh. btw. it's the most epic music you never heard of, not the most epiiiic music that everyone should have heard. :)
