i dont know if this has been started but i dont know what its called to search i was wondering what the bad guys are like team rocket, plasma and what would be their main pokemon? like stunky and glameow for plasma.

Ok, the search bar is in the top right of the screen. Right below the PU Logo. You use it to search for topics, it's that simple.
Also you should read the story it would help.

i know how to search but i dont know what to search and ive read that and it doesn't tell you it just says the real evil not the stupid always losing team rockets people.

It's most likely the development team doesn't want to reveal who the bad guys before the game comes out. That would be a rather huge spoiler, don't you think?
Just have some patience. Once the ball starts rolling, everything will be revealed in time.
