How will evolving pokemon that usually evolve via trade work(I want an Alakazam)? Will they evolve through leveling up, or a new type of stone? Or will you just find the final evolution in the wild?

They will evolve the same way, but there will be a safe trade system to where you will get the pokemon back.

We will have a trading system, so evolve by trading will work as in the original games. You'll just have to find someone reliable to trade with so you'll get your Pokemon back ;)
