Here. I'd try and save it to your comps or something because no doubt someone will soon find a way to destroy all the formulas somehow.

There are Voltorb flip solvers on the internet - if you don't mind a little cheating XP
Much easier to get coins.

I can actually give you guys a versatile damage calculator that lets you test with base stats rather than Pokemon.

So if you wanted to say, change Pachirusu to Base 120 SpD, you can test how a Base 100 SpA Quilfish would do against it.

Or whatever.

I'll work out some way to get it on the intarwebs.

I think it would make an absolute beast of a wallbreaker and sweeper.
It's scarier than Weavile.
Pretty cool - I agree that it doesn't have to have its HP reduced by so much.
Maybe 15-20, not more. :)

There are pokemon though that be "leeching" off of the opponents teams:

Rain-Golduck(thunder/bolt) for swift swin or cloud nine respectively.
Seaking can hold it own, given it knew waterfall and Hd(banned by OHKO clause, I know

Sand- Exadrill can out speed/power others: tyranitar could die from EQ or drill run, hippowdon might be a probllem though, which is why...
Cacturne has somewhat advantage with sand veil. Needle arm/Brick Break can deal with them, if its lucky doging Fire or ice fang/punch.
I realy don't recommend Garchomp due to its setback of not being able to learn Dragon Dance.

Sun-Charizard- Dragon dance and earthquacke will stop 9tails in her tracks, along with Thinder and Fier Punch for Xtra coverage
Gyarados- yes, I think that he can counter it weather nearly for the same reason as Charizard, but with the ability to learn Stone edge with Dragon dance in exchange for Thunder fang and FF.

Dragonite can counter all of the wether hazzards if you don't mind it having non- stab offensive moves. Dragon dance is allit needs for Psyical sweeping, along with Fire/thunder punches and Brick Break/Superpower.

I may not play competitively, but I have a share of hypotheses that I can see to the end.

So you're going to build a weather abuser and place it on a team that does not set up its own weather - in the hopes that the opponent does?

Also, please - Seaking?

Glaciator: Fight/Ice.
Stat Spread: 95/120/40/75/40/130
Ability: Ice Shield: This Pokemon is protected from critical hits.

Sample Set: Physical Sweeper.
Adamant Nature
Swords Dance, Close Combat, Ice Sword, Earthquake.
Item: Life Orb.
Ability Ice Shield
Evs: 252 speed, 252 Attack, 4 HP.

You might think one thing when you see this pokemon, Uber. And you are right, until you look at it closer. Its fight/ice typing gives it a weakness to most priority attacks, and with its less then impressive defs is is usually koed by any poke that can use them. So any poke that can use them usually will land a OHKO on Glaciator.

Ice Sword: Power:100 Accuracy: 90 The user draws a massive ice sword and strikes the foe. May cause the foe to flinch. 20% to flinch.

Most common prio hits would not kill it -

For example, built correctly (likely 252 HP or Def, the rest in Speed - as you'd be Swords Dancing) - Lucario's ES would be a 3 Hit KO.
LO Infernape's Mach Punch a 2HKO.
Hell, even Conkeldurr's Mach Punch would 2HKO (without Guts)

Also spell check. A quest write is not so useful if they don't have good spelling (and grammar - but yours seems to be fine).
I'm not saying to break out the 5th tense but, you know - Spell Check.

Joson grimaced as his Haunter, rather than stopping the nonsense, only added it it.

Sighing, he called upon his final Pokemon - "Mankey! get Haunter to co-operate p-please?"

Mankey leaped from his Pokeball - his right arm glowing with Dark energy.
"Haunter, if you don't c-co-operate, you will get a taste of Mankey's P-Punishment."

Haunter immediately stopped and spun to face Mankey - the furniture he was moving dropped to the floor.
Afraid, Haunter agreed to co-operate, and used his energy to try and slow, if not completely stop, the rest of the furniture from moving.

"Hoothoot, what did you see?" Joson asked, as he narrowly dodged a small table that was flung at him.

Hoothoot began to animatedly depicts its powerful visions of the future - roughly translated to "flying furniture."

"D-damn it I already knew that!" Joson yelled, a small chair striking his leg and bouncing off.

Joson couldn't believe it. Twice in one day, he needed to call upon Haunter.
Why Haunter? Well, given his penchant for pranks, he was exceptionally adept at the movement of objects with telekinesis.
Given his love for pulling chairs out from under people? If anything Haunter specialises in the movement of furniture.

"You can't beat Haunter in a f-furniture storm, he's simply the b-best there is!"

"Don't die... should be easy enough right?" Joson muttered to himself - as all sorts of wails came from the house.

"Get ready to use Foresight, Hoothoot."

After a moment of preparation, Joson and Hoothoot leapt into the house.

Joson was confused - there was commotion about keys, gasoline - and then Maxwell started setting fire to things.

The most notable conversation piece was simply that there was reference to an entity that max simply called "she". A mark of notoriety.

"Is there a-anything I can help with?" he asked, his nerves starting to come back. Neither party responded - it seemed Calvin and Max were in their own conversation.

He gazed to the house in front of them, with the way the old man was describing it, its ominous nature multiplied tenfold.

"Have any suggestions on how to deal with this before we head in?"

"Deal with what?"

Joson unzipped his backpack, fumbling for his snacks - but his inner Nerve Meter was too high for undertaking simple cohesive actions.

As he reached into his back, he pushed its back wall, unzipping it fully. Noodle packets and flavouring sachets poured everywhere - particularly onto his belt where his final Pokeball laid.

It was knocked off, releasing Mankey - the trinity of pranksters complete.

Joson's Nerve Meter was emptied - he has somewhat calmed down.

"I'll just uhh.. pick these up?" he said, quickly snatching them up and following the old man.

"Uhhh... well... oh of course!" Joson stammered.
He could have sworn the man was asleep just seconds ago - but, given the off nature of time - he supposed it was perfectly conceivable that the man woke a while ago. Relatively speaking.

Realising he was still holding his Pokeball, Joson was faced with a difficult decision.
Relieve his arm, and concede his demonstration - or actually let his Haunter out, which could be pretty embarrassing.

"Well uh. Haunt my meeter!" he said, deciding to just go with it.
He closed his eyes, dropping his Pokeball.

As Haunter was let out, Joson opened his eyes to get licked in the face.
"K-kinda g-gross. Umm."

Joson was having a lot of trouble following the conversation - every time he opened his mouth he was losing touch more and more.

"Oh umm... supplies?! I-I have some food here - just raw noodle snacks though, do you kettle a have?" he stammered.

Haunter goofed around, taunting Joson - as always.

Despite the interruption, Joson still sought out to relieve this man's nerves regarding the nature of his mortality.

"I'm very much alive, I b-believe." Joson said, easily intimidated by the Blackthorner's moderate bravado. "If that's even point by this p-possible."

Realising the trivial nature of what he just said, Joson elaborated "S-See, there are these time fluctuations here and umm... Hoot at my Lookloo - no that's stupid... Look at my Hoothoot."
He thrust his Hoothoot at the party - demonstrating the obvious fluctuations in time.
To the untrained eye, it would look perfectly normal - but Joson suspected otherwise.
"So. If there time slows down say, and our atoms still vibrate pace the same at, we could suffer heat death any sec-min... non-relative moment now and--"

Joson stopped. This was way off on such a tangent, and pretty much off the deep end of crazy in every way possible.

"I'm Jason by the way, a trainer from Lavender?", Joson explained, his nerves forcing his statement into a question.

"Regarding the o-old m-man, we could try giving him.. n-nightmares?" he said, drawing his least favourite Pokeball.
