Regardless of the warning label before entering this thread, it is still a topic that shouldn't be dicussed on the forums. Again, this is my opinion. If any other PU-Team member doesn't agree then I'll leave it alone.

I really think the talk about American politics related to the Osama and other events should be kept on a private level of the forums. I am an American and I am proud of my country for the most part. It doesn't matter how happy we are related to Osama's death, the fact of the matter is that someone had to die to make peace and to be honest, that is sad. Pokemon-Universe is a place to escape the restraints of reality and go into a place of fantasy. I for one do not want to even think or read about things like this when I see it on the news almost every hour.
But, hey this is just my opinion.

Honestly, I know I have been saying that I will join the team as a pixel artist, but stuff always comes up for me, and it seems i don't have a lot of time, in two weeks on the other hand I'll be done with class for the summer, therefore I may be able to help.
Amphi, With our new task oriented system that we have developed just for the artists in our community, you should go ahead and talk to Urmel and Mr_Dark about joining the team. You will see that it is drastically different, there is no time restraints anymore.

Thanks for your advice, however, I'm way ahead of you. Been there and I have accomplished that, plus many other websites behind the ones you have listed.
Secondly, regardless of its a rarity or not, my job is to find "dedicated" members to join the PU Team, why not try to promote our project from within? Who knows who could be a good pixel artist in the community. Obviously we didn't until about a week ago when Wailord and Silver was placed on the Graphics department. If recruiting members was that easy then maybe someone else would of gotten the recruitment job.

First and foremost, I want to take the time and formally introduce myself since I have had a little of questions pop up like, "Who is this dude, where did he come from." being spammed on my wall or other forum threads. lol
I am the Recruitment/PR Officer for Pokemon Universe, my job is to recruit team members from within the Pokemon Universe Community and outside the community to assist the current team who have needs in certain departments, like the Graphics/Art department does now.
My chief responsibility is to recruit artists, namely pixel artists, to the project so we may continue working in an effect to actually complete the client and we can begin and hopefully finish the testing so you guys, the community, can finally enjoy the game this site has been promoting for so long.
I am actually new to this forum and community so I haven't been around to see what has happened in the past. But, I can promise the future looks very promising, the current team we have right now is working so hard to get the finished product out to you guys and I thank the PU Team for accepting me so freely as a member of that team.
Furthermore, if anyone has any questions regarding anything, they may reply to this thread or message me privately.

Well, so it seems like I need to introduce myself, especially to StarLite who seemingly has an issue with positions being filled by Mr_Dark and Urmel personally, and just to inform everyone that I am indeed doing SOMETHING, rather then NOTHING.
