Reopen the server of course. But add to the list, like the stone evolutions, or adding missing type combos to that would work on some pokemon (i keep seeing zoroark as a potential dark/fairy type, but that's me) Just go for interesting as well as fair. Could be an opportunity to redefine balance for PU by testing new options, or it can sit standalone with more flexibility. I'm pretty sure you had some ideas in mind.
Ps: If you decide on this, please make Luxray electric/dark. He would be so cool with that (I have more reasons, but the major one is cool factor)

Yeah, I get you. Can't really have fun on something that no one logs onto. Was a fun ride while it lasted. Ever think about taking the server code and going a different route? A Balanced Pokemon Experience V2? Might become popular in it's own right, and doesn't have to follow the core guidelines of what PU would have offered.

New prediction (cause I predict things somehow) every pokemon ever made will be mega. Certain legends will be prime, and soon after, we'll see Gen 7 with a bug/steel pokemon that resembles a mirror that has an ability that allows it to copy a foe's non- damaging move.
Oh, and there will be exactly 1 dark type added with crap stats and an ability that makes no damn sense.

I'm going portable because I only have a 3ds. Getting used to a new format is pretty challenging, but I have no problem with it. I would like the Wii U Version, but I can't shell out that much money at the drop of a hat. I'll be up for a 3ds tourney though.

Kind of wanted to stray away from typical sets, but Sharpedo is pretty awesome wth the change. No comments on my phyical houndoom though, so i'm guessing it's good. I use it more of a late game sweeper after my hard hitters take care of some of the more troublesome pokes, and have some crippling support from sableye, though sableye still needs work cause it's hard to make a set without taunt that won't get roflstomped by a fairy.
