Yup berries. They can be pretty good at times. Leichi for example increase the attack of the pokemon holding it when it's HP is low. Salac berry acts the same but raises speed instead. It just gives an edge in battles.  Do you know about the Rowap and Jaboca berries? Check serebii: http://serebii.net/berrydex-dp/

Hm...if players get their own 'experience,' maybe that'll be better. :| Like a stat for Pokball throwing and catching (lol). Higher success rate. xD
Well, I think that may be a good idea... but that should really really be a small increase. You have to think of the newbies. If you're thinking of increasing catching rate by a lot, it'll soon go to 100% catching rate, also meaning that newbies would have to start at a very low one, which is not fun... Or it would be a little like in Pokemon Ranger. I mean like boosting once the catching rate, or twice only and no more. But I think this is getting off topic... So, as for the question of quests, perhaps little errands would do the trick like "Could you sent this message to [character in PU] in [town in PU] for me?" like the 'errands' you run in GSC and HGSS; you take a spearrow with a message from a guy in Goldenrod City to route 31, or taking the medicine from Cianwood to Jasmine, or things like that.

New attack will not be added to the game. Ever.
Even if during the game (say next year or the next), a 5th generation of pokemon shows up with some new moves?  Well, I'm not too keen with introducing new items either. There is the Focus Sash and Focus Band which can prevent pokemon from fainting concerning the 'revival gem'. Leftovers and other held 'HP regeneration' item are there to prolonge the time that a pokemon stays on the battlefield, and those are already doing a great job! The only items I would like to have are the rare berries. Nobody can get them from DPPt, or HGSS as far as I know. And their effect are pretty good!  Hence, my question, would those berries be available? (like leichi and up to enigma berry)

Oh, will there be dolls like in RSE and GSE? Perhaps making the system more real by adding: Players wishing to upgrade the guild/org have to invest some money into it (either immediate upgrade or count-down system, I don't know which of the two you prefer, or will be easier to make for our programmers)

Thanks Mr_Dark and Kamaran! Yup, that's why I included the part saying I hope I'll be a good rival. I already read the announcements and some of the boards. I trying to look into each thread going on, replying where I feel I should. Wow, you're fast to reply  I'm afraid that because of my studies, I won't be able to come in here much often. I have quite a few questions myself, but that's another reason why I'm reading the past threads, for the already asked questions. Thanks again!

I like it too! The way you designed 'how to unlock that large event' so to say is really creative, god job:) This takes in some extent of effort and patience to get there, but worth the try. As for the Rayquaza part, I'm still a little confused. It's true that the people of the stone and water tribe would hate the roost tribe (Groudon and Kyogre 'hate' Rayquaza as it prevents them to fight) but the roost tribe is here to make peace (Rayquaza soothing Groudon and Kyogre). Hence, they shouldn't be less 'tolerant'. Well, this is my idea about this. Oh, and perhaps adding the events for Jirachi? Say if you have friends succeeding in entering in each tribe, the different 'special treasures' (each member of a tribe gets one as a symbol of 'belonging' towards the tribe) 'react' together to start the Jirachi event, the passing by of the meteor (forgot its name...) and later the appearance of Jirachi itself. Only my suggestions since we were talking about the 'Hoenn' Legendaries

Hello there! I'm a student form Mauritius who's been a big fan of Pokemon since... well, since I came accross it in 1997... wow, 13 years already! I've played Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Gold, Silver, Crystal (that one could save the file  , Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald (that was an awesome version!), Pearl, Platinum and Soul Silver (the last two... too much for words  ) I'm new to the site here and I think that it's a very good idea, the online MMORPG! Finally, I'll be able to meet online trainers! I don't have a livebox at home... so no WI FI  I hope I'll be able to get some friends here and be able to raise one of the teams of my dreams! Since I'm new, I would like to wish everyone a belated Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I'm so excited and I'm impatient that the game will be released soon! I'd like to thank my friend Loic, without whom, I would have never discovered this site, and everyone reading this post, wishing all of you good luck when the game will be on!
