Another example is Darmanitan, who can become part Psychic if you get him down to half health, but I don't think anyone would allow him in a psychic mono.

For those of you that don't know, Global Game Jam was on again this weekend (and probably still is for some jam sites). It's basically an event where teams from all around the world make games in 48 hours. Everybody is given the same theme at 5pm local time on Friday and then spends the rest of the weekend making the game. Visit http://globalgamejam.org/ for more info. So anyways, I participated for the first time this year, and I had an amazing time. I met lots of new people and saw some amazing games created. My game can be downloaded here, http://globalgamejam.org/2012/toob-racer and I'm working on getting a file up that will just contain the game itself, with no source code. Also, the game only runs on windows, so if you're using a Mac or Linux, you won't be able to play it. If you want to check out some other games http://globalgamejam.org/sites/2012/game-jam-wollongong-2012 is a list of all the games created at my site. Or you can go to http://globalgamejam.org/games to see all the games made for the GGJ2012. Did anybody else participate? If so, I'd love to check out your games. EDIT: A game only download link is up on the page.

Yes, this is the right place. I completely forgot that the database was on megaupload. I'll find another site to upload it to.

You'll be able to use them, I'm not sure about the exact method of obtaining them though. It'll be quite likely that you can pay a tutor to learn them.

You have to catch/find the pokemon in the dream world. You can't retroactively give a pokemon the dream world ability.

He's clearly not tripping about it, he said he was fine with waiting.
I'm gonna close this now. Meowth has said everything that needs to be said.

Silver has it in one. Defensive type doesn't equal attacking type. If we were to implement it anyway, ignoring the fact that type advantages/disadvantages are a core part of pokemon and messing with them too much will just confuse people, I can still see this upsetting the balance. First off, the stun itself sounds like a bad idea. They hit you, you survive and hit them back. Stun! Now you get another turn, but what about the opponent? Are they just stuck waiting for you to whatever you want? Can they switch? It feels an awful lot like using something like Outrage, without actually attacking. So, if that's not what you meant, I guess maybe we could try it as a flinch? But the problem with that is that you have to go first for a flinch to happen. That means people will start running faster pokemon over slower ones, because the slower ones can't get flinches as often. It would also put pokemon like Blaziken or Yanmega in the super duper high tiers, thanks to speed boost. So, long story short, I'm pretty sure we won't be implementing this suggestion. I'd still like to hear the rest of your ideas though.

Well, it's combining Pokemon with Nobunaga's Ambition, which is a turn based strategy game that came out before Fire Emblem. Granted, adding pokemon will probably bring it away from the army management gameplay, but I wouldn't go around saying it's ripping it off.
