As far as I know, the plot's had over a month to grow. That's plenty of time for a single story arc, especially considering WE are writing it.

Oh, and for anyone who is unaware:

Dagan's rank, Rear Admiral, is the second-highest rank that can be achieved in the US Navy, and there are nine Rear Admirals active at any given time. The highest rank, Admiral, is reserved for times of war, and oftentimes not designated at all, even during war. So for all intensive purposes, the nine Rear Admirals are the highest ranking figures in the Navy.

So I'm just assuming the airship fleet uses the same ranking system as the Navy, rather than the Airforce, since it's an airSHIP, not a plane or a helicopter.
