This seems counterproductive when it comes to the idea of Nuzlocke. Its supposed to be a challenge; a harder version of the game where you must rely on skill to win. This, on the other hand is all about luck. Its no longer about skill its about whether you're lucky enough to draw the right card/roll the right die.
I dunno, it doesn't seem like a good idea, but other people might like it.

WEHVURHEWGKTREHYWHY It's Ruby
Everyone who isn't stupid Ruby should go on IRC more often. Frenchfry misses Ruby and doesn't really go on the forums anymore.
Fixed that for you
You missed a spot.

Which comes back to doing something in a roundabout way. Noone cares if you "technically" didn't do something. You did it. You got punished for it. End of story.

Okay, this is ridiculous. Are you honestly trying to argue that the way you made your statement is justified? To put it in perspective you said, for the lack of a better analogy:
[00:44] <+Frenchfry> I'm not going to tell you, Russian spy, that the launch code for our nuclear missiles is 94236 [00:44] <+Frenchfry> That would be treason.
So I then followed protocol and kicked you. Actually, that's a lie, because I was supposed to flat out ban you right away. So not only did I go easy on you, you decided to come back and lash at me for it.
Yet I'm the bad person here. Alright.

I wish I still had all my old Gamecube/N64 games.
And what with mr selling off my xbox and stuff, my game library is kinda lame now.
All I really have left is my ps3, ps2, and my wii, so the game collection only consists of about 20 games, when at one point I had about 50 gamecube games alone :<

The word pedophile is actually over generalized. Its only supposed to be used when one is obove the age of consent, and the other is pre-pubescent. What Declan would more than likely be is an ephebophile.

I don't understand why you would want to do this, you would have to work twice as hard when grinding to achieve the same result. The only reason you might want to do this would be to go into an overlevelled area to try and catch something that you wouldn't be able to do by yourself.
But if the devs are doing their job properly, you wouldn't be able to go places like that anyway, so what exactly does this do to benefit the player?

Blackthorn. When comparing the level scaling to the 6th and 7th gyms before it, Clair's pokes are much higher, as well as he kingdra is stupidly fast so if you don't have a really good lan to take out an over levelled killing machine, well you're gonna have some fun.

So what your saying is because something has a type disadvantage, its allowed to crit and go again? Considering most people have...you know...type coverage, not only do they get a super effective hit, it has a chance to stun them to let the player attack again with this super effective hit.
I really don't see why someone should be able to do that.

How about some sort of office building?
I'm sure it will be a common tileset in the larger cities, so making one wouldn't be that odd.
