Currently playing Pokemon XY/ORAS/Shuffle and Clash of Clans and testing out PokemonRevolutionOnline and Dragonmon Hunter....

I don't think it's really 'bad'... It's just that it's unlucky for having so lame stats and poor movesets. However, it does become a powerful pokemon... despite it's 4x weakness towards electricity.
