My favorite pokemon, in terms of Looks, is a definite Giratina Origin forme. Best is the shiny IMO, b/c you can't tell me you don't look at it without feeling SOME kind of fear...

I mean... c'mon, he's not only the Pokemon equivalant of Satan but he's got some nasty looking tentacles!

Hentai tentacle monster + Satan = Giratina

a close second for me...

Well I think Tirtouga and Squirtle are just awesome, but that's because I love turtles!  Probably the coolest looking one is Dragonite.  He's just so tough but looks so gentle!  But then again, there aren't many Pokémon I don't think look cool.

Yeah! We all know that Magikarp turns into Feebas...in the dark... while looking at a mirror, chanting "Bloody Skar-mary..."

Err...maybe is how we perform the Giratinic sacrifice for the demon-god poke... hmmm...


Anywho...

Darmanitan, Zen mode hs kinda cool, almost like a gargoyle pokemon. Speaking of which, why don't we have one of those? Easily could be Ghost/Rock
