[USA]Official Twilight Guild Thread
« on: November 29, 2010, 11:41:35 PM »
Well, I have decided that since i am going to be on the eventual American Server, I might as well my usual guild name and see if anyone would like to join.

Goal: To Promote the use of Dark/Normal/Psychic/Ghost-Type Pokemon, we also want to promote healthy interaction with other players, and be a good pvp guild. (More will be placed soon)

Requirements(Eventually): Team must contain at least two pokemon of either Dark, Normal, Psychic, or Ghost type, this includes secondary types. Also the use of Ventrillo, or other voice chat programs will be highly encouraged.

Leader: Myself

CoLeader(s):

Not to be mean Amphi, but with a guild name like that, you're gonna attract the attention of an audience that you don't plan to.
The thrill in playing a game does not come from our chances of winning. It is the weight and pressure of losing that fuels our fascination. It is why people challenge, why they gamble and why they compete. The adrenaline that comes from defying defeat is what motivates us.

When I saw this topic, I though this exactly. Also I thought "How, do you incorporate that into Pokemon?"

I misunderstood this guild and I think the name needs a change. If you're a fan of the actual Twilight film i'm fine, but there are, like, alot of haters and

I have nothing against you, Amphi, or anyone else planning on joining this guild, but...

YOU MUST ALL BURN, YOU TWILIGHTERS!!!!!!

(I realise that Twilight refers to actual Twilight and not sparkly emos being boring, but still...)

The term Twilight, referencing the time of day in the early morning or late evening where the sun gives the sky a notable hue, has been around longer than the soul sucking horror fest known as the "Twilight Saga".

Instead of renaming it with some horribly maimed misspelling, I'd suggest adding more to it. "Twilight's Hammer" or "Twilight of the ____".

Just a suggestion, as most of the thread has already mentioned that it does conjure up a less than... desirable image when first reading it.
