Well, Zekrom could be somewhere in Japan, since Japan has more technology than most other countries. Reshiram could be in a country that doesn't have much technology.

Yeah but they're still technically one pokemon so they have to stay somewhat close to each other. I just put them in America to go along with the whole legendary brother war thay made them.

Love that idea.

I also like the idea of Paris for the musketeer Pokémon, but maybe not all 3(or 4) of them. I think maybe they should be in the rich, cultural Europeon cities. One in Paris, one in Rome, one in Madrid, maybe? And as for the fourth one... how about Moscow?

It would seem a little odd to have them all living in one city, is all, in my opinion.

Thats what I was thinking. In the games they are all from diffrernt parts of the region but said region is also only the size of New York. My reasoning for putting them all in Paris is going past the pokemon and into the story of the 3 Musketeers for which they were based on. Since the 3 (or 4) knights were always together (at least until they retired from their fighting career) I thought that maybe the 3 (or 4) pokemon should be in close range of each other. I do like the idea of spreading them thoughout the more culutred countries of Europe though.

Maniphy would live in the Great Barrier Reef.
And the new Ice/Dragon one would live in Antarctica.

Yes, Alcatraz would be perfect for Giratina. Much better than Chernobyl (what exactly was I thinking?).
Manaphy would do just fine in the GBR. Perhaps Phione could be somewhere in the Caribbean.
Unfortunately, I don't know anything about the fifth-gen legendaries, so I can't provide any suggestions with them.  :(
You ask why the Old Chateau, I ask what better place to study ghost Pokemon.

Since Manaphy has to breed with a Ditto, and Ditto wouldn't be in the GBR, would Phione even exsist? And if it did, I think it would be in a lab/zoo somewhere since a human would have to catch both and breed the 2 together. This is assuming that we as humans even know of Phione existance.

Latios and Latias would be found in Venice, Italy :)

Darkrai would follow the path of the solar eclipse and only appear during such a time
Cresselia could be likly to appear anywhere a full moon would be, so more or less random.
Regigigas Below Stone Henge in a hidden temple or somewhere in Russia, in some sort of snow covered temple
Victini, hidden under the Statue of Liberty
Genesect, somewhere in a lab.

Maybe Victini isn't a hidden legendary. Maybe everyone knows about it and see it as a national figure. I was thinking that maybe it could reside in the torch of the Statue of Liberty and would set the copper flame ablaze once every 4th of July.

Manaphy would live in Atlantis. Apparently that's real now, thanks to scientists and some of the best dope ever to exist.

But would Phione exist? As I said before, for Phione to exist we would have to catch both Manaphy--which I imagine would be very hard to catch--and a Ditto. Prior knowlege of Phione would also be required. Otherwise the connection of Manaphy and Ditto to Phione wouldn't be relavent.

I heard that scientists think Atlantis was in the Burmuda Triangle, and that aliens live there, which is why vehicles go missing. I do believe in aliens, but I doubt that the rest of that stuff is true. And people think there is some kind of wormhole in Area 51 that give people access to Atlantis or an planet with alien life.
