 Look at the squirtle and pikachu splice he did on the first page. And you can just you paint.

i made a splice but i don't know how to put it up here help please!

 Go to Tinypic.com. Upload the picture. You'll see four codes. Copy the second one and paste it in your post.

Desbear:
it's to big i don't know how to make it smaller help please

TrainerX:
 Go into paint. Paste the image, and then zoom in all the way. Use the selector thing and make a box around the whole sprite. Then right click and click crop. Everything outside of the box will be gone. Then upload it to Tinypic again and copy and paste the second image code in your next post.
