Maybe he meant the best dual type: water/electric.

But he DID say "AND" meaning dual type for water AND electricity at the same time... :)

Out of all electric pokemon, jolteon and luxray are my favourite but i don't think they're the best for battling if that's what you want.

Well, they will be good for battles in PU :P
No one can go back and change a bad beginning; but anyone can start now and create a successful ending.
If a problem can be solved, no need to worry about it. If it cannot be solved what is the use of worrying?

Currently playing Pokemon XY/ORAS/Shuffle and Clash of Clans and testing out PokemonRevolutionOnline and Dragonmon Hunter....
Also, forum notification emails are not getting in my inbox... again...

Water- Sharpedo ( fast, strong, rough skin ability)                                                                 Electric- Manectric (especially with the lightning rod ability)
