i m not tricky. i meant to say which water type is best.which thunder type is best.i didnt meant dual type.

Out of all electric pokemon, jolteon and luxray are my favourite but i don't think they're the best for battling if that's what you want.

Water- Sharpedo ( fast, strong, rough skin ability)                                                                 Electric- Manectric (especially with the lightning rod ability)
