So just to check if i have it right, if an Arch knights is beaten in a challenge, he challenger becomes an Arch knight, then does the Arch knight just become a knight?

exactly, but if anyone sees a better way to do this, please let me know. I want this to be a team thing, not just me giving orders. SirRed has joined today, and he has already given me input. i am a very open minded person.

I'm happy with your idea, it's seems very fair and I also understand why the Head knight can't be taken by others.

You can always add more Arch knights when we get more people.

For the Arch knights, i think you should choose people like Ez who are nice and help new people and experienced people as well as the guild.

Any chance of adding Master Knight in there  ::) i would like to apply for it .... but anyways i feel that this system isn't the fairest as all can be demoted except you. What do you think? I was thinking of a ranking system like this where you can promoted and demoted

Head Knight  - leader
Master Knight  ;) - helps leader or does leader duties when leader not present
Arch Knights - High Lvl Knights - Moderates knights and below Max # of Arch= 5
Knights - Normal Knights, helps people who need Max=unlimited
Apprentice - newbs in training Max=Unlimited

Okay so this is the system i was thinking and everyone can be demoted and/or promoted. So lets start on how to get promoted, you have to be active in the group and helpful as well if the head/master knight see's you are doing more then what is expected from you then they can promote you to an arch knight. Apprentice will automatically become Knights after 5 days of experience of being in the group.

Now how to demote. For Head Knight - If not present on PU for 2+ Weeks then Head Knight will automatically be demoted to Arch Knight and Master Knight becomes Head Knight and chooses the next Master Knight. In addition to that if Head Knight does something that is frowned upon by the Guild as a whole then there will be a vote of whether Head Knight can continue being Head Knight or will be demoted and Master Knight becomes Head Knight.

For Master Knight - same as Head knight but instead of Master Knight becoming Head he will be demoted to arch and Head Knight decides who will be the next Master Knight

Arch Knight - If inactive and/or shows bad behavior and is noticed by either Head or Master Knight then he/she will be demoted to Knight or kicked from the group if what they did was severe.

Knight - same as Arch Knight but in addition Arch Knight also has the power to demote or kick Knights

Apprentice - inactive or bad behavior is an automatic kick from either Arch/Head or Master Knight

There is my Ranking system and i tried to make it really fair

If a super rare occasion happens where Head Knight nor Master Knight is present for 2+ Weeks then it is up to the Arch Knights to decide who takes leadership and co leadership

I think that the guild needs  stable leader, so you're ranking could work, as long as you can't just become head knight by a challenge then it should be fine, and as for a master knight, he seems to be like the general, whereas withjust arch knights, it's more like the round table of camelot.

If one (or more) of the members really think that a leader of a guild is not good enough, they can choose to leave and form their own guild. I see no problem in the fact that a guild leader cannot be demoted.

It would also mean that you made the wrong choice to join said guild.

No one can go back and change a bad beginning; but anyone can start now and create a successful ending.
If a problem can be solved, no need to worry about it. If it cannot be solved what is the use of worrying?

the only problem would be if the whole guild disliked the leader, but cortexjs seems nice enough and fair aswell so there shouldn't be a problem there.
