Just ask they leaders of the guilds, and the will accept you. You can only join one. The ones available are the elemental Elites, the Pokemon Knights, Yin Yang, and Fruits punch

Currently playing Pokemon XY/ORAS/Shuffle and Clash of Clans and testing out PokemonRevolutionOnline and Dragonmon Hunter....

I've always been a huge Pokemon fan, played every game, watched all the anime, read all the Mangas featuring Red (the rest just got boring :P) and I just decided to take my love for Pokemon to the next level, and well, here I am  :).
