Here is one of mine:

Trait: Hyper Cutter
EVs: 240 HP / 252 Atk / 16 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Agility
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang
- Thunder Fang

As you can see, Gliscor first boosts to get a high speed. With its good stayingpower it should be able to use Agility without dying in this turn. Then attack. And dont forget, Gyarados' and Salamence's Intimidate wont work because of Hyper Cutter. Ice Fang for Mence, Flygon, Gliscor[...], Thunderfang for Gyarados, Fire Fang for Forry, Scizor and other steel pokemon / Earthquake(stab) for steel & rock & fire pokemon like Metagross and Infernape. Also if this shouldnt ohko u can be sure to survive because of the great defense.

And I would wish Hippowdon for a sandstorm team xD

There should be some areas which require a level limit. For example your pokemon must all be level 60+ to enter. And there could be rare pokemon. That would mean you must work. And I'm sure there are people who keep an eye on training hard.

Also I'd enjoy having in my party Arcanine, some kind of grass Pokemon something like Venusaur, or the like..Poliwhirl/ Politoed & Golem.

Nobody knows which pokemon will appear early and later, so its not possible to say I will use this pokemon, because it could appear very late when you already have a good team.
