It looks a lot better, but the arm still looks a bit fat.

Using my incredible Paint.NET skills, I have constructed an image of what could possibly fix it. (I'm not a very good artist, so feel free to ignore me )

This is actually very helpful. :]
I'll prolly do that. Other things mentioned in IRC were, reworking the shadows, making the black ears smaller, and moving the stripes closer to the head. :]

Okay, the shades still seem off. Where is your lightsource?

Light source is top left and a little in frontish... The shadows should be ok. Except for the rear leg. I need to fix that. You and Alais need to make up your minds. She's the one who wanted me to change all of the original shadows back to two colors and rework them completely, and now you're saying you like the old ones more. I'll try to find some kind of happy medium.
Also, I know its missing lines. I didn't put half of them because there's no point in me putting all the lines if I'm still going to be editing.
