Hello im spenna, im from england united kingdom im 17 years old and like gaming , sports and designing ( painting, drawing , computer designs) ermm. i dont know what else to say haha if you would like to know more just ask as 99% of the time im friendly and try to be humorus 90% of the time

Oh! Okay, lol.

But really, you can get a lot of tutorials for pixel art on the internet and some are very good ones too. Whereas vector is, I think, more dependent on you and your style. You can have a look at the screenshots in PU. Cyndaquil in the battle screen is an example of vector art. It's then only a matter of practice
