Welcome curlytail :)

Don't worry, as of now pretty much all of us are noobies at Pokemon Universe, the game isn't quite out yet :P; not long though!

As a guild, we simply help each other out to become the best. There are three syndicates, I placed you in the battling one (if you wish to change simply tell me, the others are the Economist (getting money) and Breeder (raising Pokemon)), which means you enjoy battling in Pokemon.

 In the future, as a guild, we can give each other tips and aid in order to become the very best :). We can also participate in guild competitions and so on in the future. Guilds haven't been completely integrated with the game, but we try :).

I sure do, But I think that The Syndicate will run smoothly if you have someone in charge of each part of the guild.
