I know reckless seems like the "go to" ability for hitmonlee but he is just too slow to use it effectively. The better choice is unburden. With the changes I have shown you, you can sub down till leichi berry activates and doubles your speed while also giving +1 to attack, if you played your cards right you are also behind a sub. So you will have double speed with +1 attack while being behind a sub. Sweep the trash.

Not sure why you don't have iron fist on infernape. It will increase the damage of your punching attacks.
