I'm sorry but I find this hard to follow. What is it exactly that you want to change? You want to add TP?
What is TP? Trainer points? Technique points? Please try to make your point clear a bit more.

I think you're referring to a system other than the current EV system. We do have something planned along these lines, but I don't know the details myself. I'm not a programmer. Maybe Mr Dark or someone that does will clarify.

Not really planned anything for it, just some vague scribbles and notes.

We have already discussed something such as this. Though we have not actually said we were going with it yet.

In place of EVs being gained like normally in pokemon games (kill so and so pokemon to gain 2 EV pts for speed), when a pokemon levels up in PU, the player will be given 2-3 EV points to place in whichever stat they choose (atk, speed, def, etc.)

But we also had a safe guard in mind to keep players from having a pokemon of level 35ish with just a massive sp attack stat that would OHKO everything. Every 10-15 pts or so our system would make you put points in another stat. This helps keep from happening what I just mentioned as well as it won't mess up competitive pokemon builds.

Maybe its better to limit the amount of points you put in a single stat by level. Like you may put most of your points in one stat, but you'll have to raise it to level 100 to get that far. Maybe a curve starting at like 40% and ending at 60% of your points in one stat is the way to go. That way, you'll have a harder time fighting with a pokemon, if you want to save your points to put them in a single stat at a higher level, but it'll probably be worth it. In the same way, balanced pokemon will start out more powerful, since you can immediately use all your points, but It'll probably lose out to a focused pokemon eventually.
NOT allowing stat redevision is a must in this way, that's for sure.

Yeah, we already had a safe guard in mind, mentioned in my previous post. It limits the amount of pts that can go in a single stat by level.

But we like hearing new ideas.
