You suddenly pick up a TERRIBLE tropical sickness, so you are brought IMMEDIETLY to the hospital. You lay in your hospital bed, wondering if you will live to see another day.
While you're asleep, the doctors decided is to painful for someone with your sickness to live, so they kill you (in your sleep) only to discover you didn't have the tropical sickness at all, and so you were killed for no reason at all;D .
