Trollololol the people spamming about downloading the game..

I had an idea...for all the people who keep opening threads up asking when the game is coming out or where they can download it at.....You guys should make a download....But here's the catch all it is. Is a video of you guys playing a Pokemon game and trolling them in it the entire time. How fun it is and such but don't even show which game it is. Just to really tick them off

That would actually be a bad idea. It can start a massive flame war, and has the potential to ruin this whole project, because no one will take it seriously.

Not every new person is a nuisance, there are those that log on, see that the game is being developed, and join in on our forum conversations and try to get to know the community. I agree that it's annoying when someone asks for a download to a game, but we can't correct it by making them angry.

Lol I guess you are right....It was just a thought since like everyday I see a new thread closed for them asking for that certain thing..XD But as you said they are a minority of the people joining in this website sorry didn't quite think it fully through.

I still suggest putting "The game isn't out yet" as text in the downloads section instead of "Nothing here yet." Because some people will understand that better. As well as putting a link to the Progress topic so they can pinpoint some kind of prediction to when the game will come out.

Although I actually took the time to look around a bit before asking questions, I was quite confused in the beginning as well. I think that game isn't out yet is way more clear than nothing here yet.

Although it will probably take a long time now before we can update this since our admins just went to Japan... Unless there is somebody else who can edit the website.

Trolling new members isn't going to help this community at all. We're trying to gain better members, not maintain the same, boring old people posting topics that only certain people post in.
Unless they feed the trolls, and obviously don't have the potential to even register on the site. (Assuming they're asking from the IRC)

I did already state that, and Yuki, they did have a notice before, and it didn't stop people from asking. It used to say:

"The game is still in development, you can't play, there is no download"

That was in large red letters in the download section, and people would still ask.
