I was cut out of my thoughts when both of the brothers started yelling at each other.

No hope? No hope? How can you say that Tylan? Where their is a will, the gods will offer us a way!

I made a worried type of face.

No, we may be the children of the gods, but we have to get out of things like this ourselves.

... Uhhh..... yeah... all of us.....

I kinda shuffled uncomfortably. They all probably have godly parents smiling on them hoping they get free. But my dad's a titan, and he probably wants me dead by now. Not wanting to talk about it I just nod my head down and think. One of the other prisoners yelled at the brothers but since it wasent directed at me I just didn't pay attention.

The twins at quietly, listening as new voice cropped up, suggesting that we stop and think.

Ayara:
I managed to hold my tongue as the man argued with his brother, but it didn't last.
Daylin, I fight with these people because they cling to hope. They have no hope, we're not going to make it out of here alive. Much like yourself Daylin, you are weak and pitifully cling to nonexistent hope.
At this, I couldn't stay quite.
I beared my teeth, and in a low voice, snarled-
Don't you DARE assume we have ever clung to "Hope" to help us. We don't depend on hope. We're talking about how to get out because we have ALWAYS depended on our own abilities. "Hope" has never gotten us anywhere.

I stared in the direction of the speaker, my eyes half-lidded.
We have never relied on hope. We have survived by ourselves for years.
We have only ever relied on our own abilities. That is how we have lived. (Navy is both of them.)
Ayara snarled from her cell.
So don't act like we depend on something as unreliable as "Hope". When we get out of here, it will be because of ability or intelligence, not some intangible "Hope".

Don't worry about it, they could not touch me in a fight, and I would not let them touch you. I have only met a few people who can take us both in combat at the same time.

Efialtes was in kitten for in a cage...gnawing on the bars.

Why. in the world. would they keep. Kitten sized power sucking things?! now I can't even turn back into my human form!

He started shaking teh cage, hoping it would fall over...unfortunately for him though...it was attached to the wall...

Why won't it just fall ove-....there are other people in here aren't there?

My apologies. We did not mean it as a threat. Mearly a statement.
Ayara glanced over too.
Yeah, as annoying as your big bro is, now ain't the time or place.
Ayara turned away and muttered.

Artemis looked over in the opposite direction of the rest of the cells, and noticed a small cage, with a moving form in it.
Sister...Correct me if I'm wrong, but...Over there, in that cage... Is that a kitten?
Ayara looked in the direction Artemis motioned, trying to make out the form.

The sisters and the brothers were arguing, and I tried ignoring it this time to think.

I suddenly got up and looked around for the cage.

The sound of footsteps suddenly echoed around the hall as a single man approached. He looked like any other Demi-titan, but he seemed to put off an air of power that easily out classed anyone in the dungeon. He looked at the guard at the end of the dungeon and a single word left from his mouth, echoing around the chamber.

Now.

The guard at the end of the hallway nodded and then quickly set about opening the chambers of the cells and then taking the shackles off each and everyone one of the men and Women.

You are free, the armory lay at the North end of the Mountain, you must reach it and retrieve your weapons.

Then the man who had just arrived spoke up and removed a scroll from his pocket.

Here s a scroll with the list of ingredients for a portal to the underworld and where they are, you must build this portal once you escape this mountain and head to the underworld.

He set the scroll on the ground then both men quickly walked away, leaving everyone else behind.

(Don't worry, you will hear from them again soon.)

Efialtes jumped out of his cage as soon as it was opened.

He then started chasing his tail.

I am sooo happy to be out of there~

Suddenly a man that looked like a demi-titan (like me) walked down the hall. He said soemthing to the guard at the end of the hall and then he began freeing everyone and removed their binds.

I walked out of my cell, dumbfounded.

Artemis and Ayara exited their cells and immediately walked over to each other, checking for injuries.
That was weird. You recognize that guy?

Ayara turned away, looking around. There were the two brothers, the girl who had spoken earlier, the other boy, and-
Ohhh! I was right! It was a kitten! Sister, do you think it'll let me pet it?
Ayara stared at her sister.
Uh...I have no idea. I guess you can try. I wonder why it was in a cage in the first place...
While Artemis went over to try and pet the kitten, Ayara turned around scanning their surroundings.
So, the North end, ingredients, and Hades. Riddle, much?

Not really knowing what to say with what just happened....

Walking up to the others and trying to get this on the move for the limited amount of time before everyone realizes what happened to their prisoners...

"We don't need to stay here too long we have to get to the armory so we can get out of here and fast!"

Motioning for everyone to get ready to move.

Daylin laughed, not at all caring that what had happened was highly unlikely. He looked over to Tylan, before swinging a punch at his face! Tylan ducked and held up his hand for him to stop.

Now is not the time Daylin.

Together the brothers stepped out of Tylans cell and Dayin began to pace impatiently, already itching for a fight against some Demi-titans.

Can we please get are weapons and armor back now? I'm sick of these rags!

Efialtes started purring when artemis pet him..

Uh...I have no idea. I guess you can try. I wonder why it was in a cage in the first place...

I was in there because I'm a demi-god, son of cybele, goddess of wild animals.

Efialtes turned from dog, to bird, then back to cat.

I shook my head to get out of my daze, and looked around. That was close, I think I almost broke my brain.

Can we please get are weapons and armor back now? I'm sick of these rags!

I thought for a moment, we were at the end of the dungeons, so the armory shouldent be too far. I calculated and made a mini map in my head.

Hmmm.... I think it's... this way?

I start walking down the dungeon, a bit unsure. It's been over two weeks, but I should still be able to find my way around...

Tylan curiously picked the list up off the ground and began to read aloud.

Ingredients

For the base of this portal you will need the skeleton of a dragon, which is located in a hidden cave on the mountain. Problem is it is guarded by a small drake, so I wish you luck. The next ingredient i the fangs of a Hydra, which is located at the door out of Mt. Etna and onto the main island. The next ingredient is the wings of a Gryphon, they are prideful and graceful. You can find one by exiting Mt. Etna and looking to the skies, they are always flying around. You will have to figure out how to get it to come you yourselves, so you may kill it. The next ingredient is the venom of a Chimera, a large Chimera is located at the peak of this mountain, so you must scale it and defeat the Chimrea. Another ingrdient is the horn of a minotaur, which you will find in a maze located under the moutain of Mt. Etna. The last ingredient is the eyes of a hell hound. A small pack patrols the grounds outside the Moutain, you must lure one away from its pack and kill it, place all the ingrediens into the skeleton of the dragon and you will know what to say.

Tylan sighed and Daylin was excited at the prospect of fighting some monsters.

It looks like we got are work cut out for us.

When he noticed the boy from earlier had begun walking he hid the scroll and quickly followed him, with Daylin tagging along.
