So many new students... Hi, I'm Moto.

I'm Danzi. Your just in time too, things are about to get interesting, and possibly messy.

The two students at the front of the classroom turned to each other and began battling. Alex took immediate interest in the fight. The two boys next to them, who on closer inspection were nearly identical, most likely twins, turned to each other.

Ten bucks says that the new girl's gonna win.

Don't underestimate her opponent, I bet he'll win.

The twins shook hands, sealing the deal. Lucas listened in, slightly confused.

Looks like I'm getting the five bucks.

Try thinking that when I walk out with fifteen.

They looked back at Lucas and Alex.

Their simultaneous speaking somewhat startled Lucas.

Oh, um...I'm Lucas, and this is Alex. We were last minute applicants because of some...complications in signing up. Nice to meet you guys!

Alex was talking in a somewhat detached tone, like he was only partially listening. Lucas turned to him. He was still intently watching the fight unfold. Lucas was slightly confused as to what brought on Alex's sudden interest in the battle, but left him to watch.

Sorry about my partner's bluntness, he's normally more social than this...

Mikto leaned back in his seat to watch, seemed like things were going to get interesting. Meanwhile, Efialtes was watching, trying to figure out which was going to win. While he was doing this, he noticed something. The guy, he was the one that was asleep under the tree, that Mikto stopped from telling its time for class!

'Ey, Mikto, you know that guy? The one with the chains or whatever it is?

Mikto looked over to Efialtes, a bit confused.

Yeah...? I guess?

I think he's the guy, that was under the tree! The one you wouldn't let me tell that classes were starting!

Aaaaaand he was late, and it was his problem.

Danzi and Moto

They both watched the battle with interest then noticed the axe that appeared in the girls arms. Without looking up, Moto handed Danzi five bucks under the desk.

I told you, didn't I?

Don't forget that the fights not over Danzi.

Then they looked at the battle with more interest, taking mental notes on ways to use their powers.

Cilus

Please, rushing head first?

Cilus spun around as fast as he could, bringing his chains spiraling over his head.

Let's see how you handle my Tornado Whi ... what the?!

His chains tangled together, wrapping around his hands. He couldn't move his arms at all.

Not again...

(Yuki, just hit him hard, and it will be done.)

"Wide open."
Yume dashed forward and hit Cilus in the face with the flat side of her hatchet arm. It wasn't as fatal as the edge, but hard enough to send him flying into the wall. She couldn't really call this an actual victory. This time she was just lucky.

Kio and Onisha

Woo. Is it over yet?

I guess it is.

Kio raises his head to see who won the fight.

Hmm... the winged girl won......

She skilled. She can hold her own without an weapon to.

Alright don't care again

Kio goes back to sleep with his head on the desk ignoring everything around him.

They both wait for the teacher to wake up again as the whole class was paying attention tot eh fight.

Danzi and Moto

The twins saw the girl knock out the other solo weapon, taking notes and looking around. No one was cheering for her, so the twins both simultaneously started clapping for her out of respect, then whispered to each other.

Not bad, she's got my respect.

Forgetting something Danzi?

Danzi looked at Moto and noticed the sly smile. He passed the ten bucks under the desk.

So what was that about walking out of here with fifteen?

Haha, very funny.

The two looked to the teacher now, waiting for his response, they didn't care if anyone was staring at them strangely, she earned their respect.

Cilus

Cilus was knocked back pretty hard, but he managed to fashion a mask out of his chains to protect him from most of the damage. He got up, still wearing it, and bowed to his opponent.

Well, that was eventful. Nice going.

He went and found a seat somewhere in the back, hands still tied together, but didn't really seem to care. It happened before, and he always got out of it, but he figured it's the perfect excuse to get out of writing things today.

Yuna, Rin and Ren

"Heck yes! That was fun to watch.  Hey Rin lets skip class so we can have a duel right now!"

Rin just sighs.
Smacking her on the head again.

"Really Ren....Wouldn't that make for a nice reputation for us."

Rin just sits there for a moment..

"Um.... Why?"

Rin facepalms herself.
I quickly jump into the conversation to help Rin out to explain things.

"Ren we have to be here. Trying out best here is one of the best ways to prepare us for what is out there on our hunts."
"So in reality learning and trying your best here really and truly helps you in the parts that you love to do."

Ren's eyes light up a bit.

"So that means if I pass this school without any problems I will become the strongest ever?!?!?"

Sighing a bit.

"No Ren. But it will make you stronger. To be the best that takes a whole other level of work and dedication well beyond this."

Warren and Silene
Warren watched through half-lidded eyes as they fought. He noted the girl had skill, yet she lacked a real technique. She seemed to just swing as hard as she could. Cilus on the other hand.... He was gonna kick Cilus' ass. He was a brilliant weapon, if he could just get his head in the right place.

"You passed, take a seat in the back, wing Girl. We won't have problems unless you attempt to wake me up."

Tylan and Baylee
Tylan continued to crack jokes but even he watched the battle with his peripheral vision.  She was good, but not good enough to surpass this class. Baylee clapped lightly, and congratulated Cilus as he passed.

(Hey, Cortex, I think I'll go ahead and get rid of Daylin. Find a picture of an awesome looking staff, and make that Baylee's weapon form.)

John and Maria

The final attack had been laid an the class had fallen silent. A faint clapping could be heard from he front of the room. The excitement John had been keeping inside to examine the fight had reached its limit.

He shot straight up from his seat.
  That was amazing!!

John was then quickly pulled back down.
  Would you quit it your making a scene.

*Still talking loud enough for others to hear* How can still be so calm after seeing such a great fight. The intensity and skill displayed was outstanding. Although the late kid could use some work on his techniques.  But the way she took advantage of moment was magnificent.

  I get it geez. You think that guy is okay.

  He seems fine to me. Pointing straight at him as he already gotten up.

"Amazing," says Shirona in awe.

"You see," asks Emri. "You never know what will happen or who will prosper."

Suddenly, they heard clapping from the otherside of the room. Guessing it was for the victor, Emri and Shirona clapped as well.

Yume nodded when Warren told her to take a seat. She looked up when she heard people clapping. It wasn't much but she really appreciated it, a little smile was visible under her mask. She proceeded to walk to the back of the classroom and take a seat.

Uhmm shouldn't someone wake up the teacher?

Don't do it i have a bad feeling about it.

Then what are we suppose to do?

Read,do girly stuff just leave me alone while i sleep.

Onisha was a little worried something else might happen in the classroom again and choose to not worry about it.

As the battle ended and clapping ensued, Alex finally came to his senses. They both looked down at their teacher, who appeared to go back to sleep.

I-...Is he still sleeping?

Seems so.

So, what, do we just sit here and wait for class to be over?

...Lucas, whatever you're thinking, stop.

No, I'm done with this.

Lucas, just stay calm, we can tough this out.

Lucas stood up as loudly as possible, his chair slamming back into the wall behind him. He yelled down at the teacher, who hadn't moved from his position since the beginning of class.

EXCUSE ME, BUT WITH ALL DUE RESPECT, WHEN THE HELL ARE WE GOING TO LEARN ANYTHING IN THIS CLASS?!

Alex sort of froze in a position that looked like he was half trying to console Lucas and half pull him back into his chair. He slowly moved his gaze towards the teacher to see what his reaction was.
