Darkstar, most of the characters are going to be advanced combatants, placed under DTK's special class. Specifically, instructed by Warren. So, they all will pretty much have a Soul resonance, or something of the like.
Edit: cortex has said, Tsubaki's weapon type is banned. No multiple forms.

Quick question, though. Can the Soul Resonance have multiple hits? (Ex: a blade slashing in a quick succesion, then a Final blow.)

Not at the beginning. Multi strike moves are considered level two. So, you would have to wait until your move level ups to do two strikes, then again to do three. But that's with soul resonance.

I noticed there's an overabundance of sword weapons in this RP, so I thought I might put my 2 cents in for those planning on joining the RP, or even those that might consider editing their profiles after reading this.

One of the things that's cool about Soul Eater is the fact that not every weapon and meister is the same, in that they all have various fighting styles depending on their weapon. And while swords are a nice way to go, we just have so many of them, that reading all the fight scenes between people all start to sound similar. So for the sake of giving weapon ideas that you may not have considered before, here's just a few of the many possibilities:

-Spear
-Knife
-Battle Axe
-Warhammer
-Flail
-Boomerang
-Pistol
-Shotgun
-Rifle (Sniper or otherwise)
-Blunderbuss
-Bow
-Crossbow
-Trident
-Claws
-Maces/Clubs
-Shield
-Chainsaw
-Sickle
-Whip
-Scythe
-Lance
-Cannon (a heavy, handheld one)
-Heavy Arms (like boxing gloves but metal)
-Halberd (a long axe with a spear on the end)
-Fan (Like a Japanese fan, the kind with blades on the end)
-Bowgun (Light, Medium, and Heavy, though I wouldn't recommend heavy)
-Yoyo (Yoyos can be pretty deadly, since they originally had blades that came out when you threw them)
-Switch Axe (A giant, heavy axe with a blade on the other side which can swing around to make it become a heavy cleaver)

Hopefully, that will give you some ideas if you don't have any or needed help finding one.

If I may add on if u really want to use sword use an impressive sword one like the Zweihänder also known as a Great Sword is  one of the largest if not thee largest type of sword with being longer then 4.5 ft. making it almost as tall as your character and weighs about 2kg. Although there are bigger ones they aren't very practical in a fight.

Nexalas thats a haleberd right? Medieval weapons are the greatest.

There's actually a reason both Warren and Dagen have the same type of weapon, so I'll not change mine.
