caoscontrol was controlled by caos and turned into a big monster but he had so much caos energy,over time it builded up he later exloded and died in an overal slow and painful death

chaoscontrol gets trampled by about 50 rapidashes, but 10 seconds later it is discovered that it was actualy a ditto that was trampled. chaoscontrol was safe at their computer.

Darkmage64 is sealed within the tomb of the sith lord Naga Sadow and is killed by the ghost of the lord of the sith with his poison blade and his remains are found by sith Archeologists 3 centuries later! (star wars Old republic reference)

Stephenkill2 is an expert ice luge rider and is about to ride the hardest track in the olympics. When he swerves on a turn, he flies off his 'sled' going at 120 mph and hits a steel pole.
