Depends on how you use the pokemon, so there isn't a pokemon who is the best. I've seen an Arceus lose to a Starly.

id say best pokemon is Infernape but in my opinion the strongest is Mewtwo  ;D

Venuaur. He has a lot of sets that work really well.
Mr. Mime is a competitive favourite of mine. No-one knows what he can do, then he just sets up.

Um personally i think you are all wrong my choice that has stayed constant throughout all of the pokemon games would have to be Poliwrath. First of all you'd run away just by looking at him he's pretty BA. Second he can learn many ice type moves like blizzard and ice beam.

mew or mewtwo or lugia or ho-oh are the four best but non legendary i gotta say charizard alakazam and salamance.

beside those regice, regirock , regigas and registeel are good to if they are high lvl (almost more than 70) as my thought arceus was the strongest

Come on now guys, every pokemon has at least another pokemon which is stronger than it and the purpose of this thread, though pointless, is not to critique other pokemon, so if you please could stop? >:(
