Before you tell me that the question of "Legendarys" has been put to rest, hear me out. I have been thinking, but some of the pokemon that are called legendary are only "legendary" because they are very rare in the wild, examples are the legendary birds of Kanto. So my question is this, will Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Latios, Latias, and Rotom be available for capture? My idea is that they are, but they are EXTREMELY hard to find and have a capture rate of 3 or less to make them hard to find and capture. If this has been addressed and put to rest already let me know and lock the topic. Sry not trying to beat a dead horse just curious.

All of the pokemon here will not be catchable i kno for a fact.

As you can see Rotom isnt on that list so i dont kno about him. I think he is going to be in it although, he seems to be in the same category as Lucario.
Can someone from the team correct me if im wrong?

The reason I asked this question is because their pokedex entries stat that there is more than one of them, and you see them being used in the anime, though it is rare.

We have plans for legendaries, but they will not be available for capture to anyone.
